Warranty Coverage:
The warranty extended by Mad Wraps Ltd covers only failures resulting from improper installation of vinyl products. This includes issues such as peeling, bubbling, or adhesive failure directly caused by installation errors.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by stone chips, road debris, or external impacts.
- Scratches, dents, or abrasions resulting from car misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Damage due to neglect, improper care (e.g., harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning), or environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, UV fading beyond manufacturer specifications).
- Any alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by customers and/or any third party
Duration
This extended warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of installation.
Non-Responsibility for Missing Valuables from Vehicles:
1. Mad Wraps Ltd is not responsible for any personal belongings, valuables, or items left inside vehicles while service or repairs are being conducted. Customers are strongly encouraged to remove all valuables (e.g., cash, electronics, jewelry, important documents, etc.) from their vehicles before leaving them at Mad Wraps Ltd for any service or repair.
2. Mad Wraps Ltd and its employees are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside a vehicle.
3. While we take reasonable precautions to secure our premises, we cannot guarantee the safety of any items left in a customer’s vehicle.
4. By leaving a vehicle at Mad Wraps Ltd, customers acknowledge that they have removed all valuables and accept this policy.
Vehicle Wrap Policy: Advance Payment & Cancellation fees.
1. Advance Payment Requirement:
- To proceed with a vehicle wrap service, the customer must pay 50% of the total quoted amount in advance.
- This payment includes the cost of the vinyl material required for the wrap.
2. Failure to Deliver Vehicle on Agreed Date:
- If the customer does not deliver the vehicle on the scheduled date after the vinyl has been ordered/prepared, a cancellation fee of $500 will be charged.
- The vinyl will be retained by the shop for 30 days from the original appointment date.
3. Vinyl Collection & Ownership:
- The customer must collect the vinyl within 30 days of the missed appointment.
- If the vinyl is not collected within this period, the shop will assume ownership of the material.
- The shop reserves the right to sell or repurpose the vinyl for other customers after the 30-day period.
4. Refund Policy
- The $500 cancellation fee is non-refundable.
- Any remaining balance (after deducting the cancellation fee and material costs) may be refunded at the shop’s discretion.
